Meet Our Founder Yashanth Ponnanna
Before founding Dheera, Yashanth Ponnanna built his career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and impact.
He has led business operations worth $50M at PayPal across APAC, advised USAID and the Government of Tanzania on profitability for 1,100 hospitals, and scaled innovation with teams at Alliance Tires, Mylan, and global incubators like Antler.
Armed with an MBA from IE Business School, Yash has driven digital transformation initiatives for some of the world’s most complex organizations. Through these experiences, Yash saw a common theme: the difference between efficiency and chaos lies in how well systems adapt.
